We track every flight live by flight number. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time automatically and wait up to 60 minutes after the actual landing, with no extra charges. If you land earlier, the driver is already on the way.
Yes — free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before pickup. Later we charge a 50% fee. To change anything, reply to the confirmation email or write on WhatsApp.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, BLIK and contactless payment (Apple/Google Pay) directly to the driver, plus cash in PLN or EUR. You can also pay online — we'll send the link by email.
Yes. We have an infant carrier (0–13 kg), a child seat (9–18 kg) and a booster seat (15–36 kg) — 30 PLN per piece, please select when booking. All meet EU safety standards.
A car for 1–3 people fits 4 large suitcases + carry-on. An extended VAN for 4–8 travellers fits 8 large suitcases. Travelling with skis, golf clubs or a bike? Just let us know at booking.
