Yes. It's a fixed price per journey regardless of time of day, traffic or flight waiting time (up to 60 minutes). No airport fees. You pay exactly what you see in the pricing list.

You will receive an email with a link for online payment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You pay in advance when you book; there is nothing to pay the driver on the day.

We monitor your flight in real time — the driver will adjust to the new landing time. No additional charges for up to 60 minutes. Beyond 60 minutes a €25 per started hour fee applies (rare in practice).

Yes. When booking a return journey you receive a 10% discount on the second trip. Select "Return" in the price calculator or booking form.

For groups of 4–8 people we send a larger class vehicle (van) at the “Van 4–8” price list rate. For groups over 8 people — we prepare an individual quote. XL luggage (bicycle, skis, kayak) — no extra charge, but please inform us when booking.

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned journey. Until then you get a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. For last-minute time changes (e.g. flight change) — no charges if we can update the driver's schedule in time.
