An 8-seater van with driver carries 4 to 8 passengers with luggage. The price is fixed and covers the whole vehicle, not each person: from the airport to the city centre from €45 (Gdańsk €45, Kraków €70, Warsaw Chopin €70). Groups of more than 8 get several vans. You pay upfront by card, with no charge for golf bags.

What fits in an 8-seater van?
The van has 8 passenger seats plus the driver. Every child and infant counts as a passenger. For 1–3 people with large luggage or golf bags we also offer a van. We never promise a make or model: we assign a checked van of the right size.
How many golf bags fit in a van?

What the price includes
- The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign and tracks your flight.
- 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport; longer waiting with a van costs €9 per started 15 minutes.
- Luggage, golf bags, skis and bikes at no extra charge (tell us how much you bring).
- Child seats on request, €10 each.
- Free cancellation up to 24 h before pickup; payment upfront by card (Stripe).
How to book a van
- Pick a route from the table or enter your own in the booking form; for 4 or more people the system selects a van.
- Enter the date, time and flight number. You see the price before you pay.
- Routes outside the price list (several stops, weddings, company trips) are quoted individually: message us on WhatsApp or at office@shuttlehero.pl.
