Who we are
ShuttleHero is a premium brand based in Gdynia, run by the same team that since 2018 has been behind Taxi Airport Gdańsk. We started from a simple need: our clients wanted something more than an A→B transfer. Tours in Tri-City, longer routes, evenings in town, professional guides.
In total we have completed over 5,000 transfers and served hundreds of guests on premium day trips to Malbork, Hel, Stutthof, Wolf's Lair and around Kashubia. ShuttleHero is the premium segment of this operation: a luxury fleet, drivers with full English service, real-time tracking, licensed guides, door-to-door transport.

Our story — premium with local roots
ShuttleHero grew out of a transport company founded in 2018 by our Pomeranian team — people with many years behind the wheel. Over time we developed two brands: Taxi Airport Gdańsk (core transfers) and ShuttleHero (premium + day trips). We started with one car and night bookings answered in person.
Part of the team previously worked in maritime transport in the ports of Gdańsk and Gdynia — from there we brought our B2B service, crew rotation logistics and understanding of international clients. Today the company headquartered in the heart of Pomerania, 25 minutes from the airport.
Our philosophy: a punctual driver, a price known up front, a phone that is always answered. Over 70% of bookings come from returning or referred clients — the result of six years of consistent work without aggressive marketing.
How much does a ShuttleHero transfer from Gdańsk Airport cost?
Transfer ShuttleHero from Gdańsk Airport to the city centre costs from 130 PLN one way (fixed price). Other routes: Sopot 130 PLN, Gdynia 160 PLN, Malbork 360 PLN, Hel 470 PLN. Price covers flight tracking, Meet & Greet with a name sign, child seats +30 PLN, VAT invoice and 24/7 service in Polish and English. Premium tours: from 120 PLN/person.

Our values
An honest price. We never raise the price after the fact. The quote = the invoice. We carry the risk on transfer times, not the client.
We keep our word. The car is on site 5–10 minutes early. Client's flight is delayed? We wait, with no "surcharge per stop". That's why people come back to us year after year.
Premium local knowledge. We know every roundabout between Gdańsk and Hel. We know which ferry leaves from Gdynia, when the seasonal traffic starts in Sopot and where to park by Malbork Castle in August. An app doesn't know that.
A relaxed client = a returning client. Most of our bookings come from returning guests. We don't invest in aggressive marketing — only in making sure every transfer is simply a good one.
